Here is one of my “Lost” videos. Originally I tried to post this to YouTube but I got all kinds of copyright warnings and they wouldn’t allow me to post it with sound. They notified me saying that I could swap out the song for something else. This was the only video of mine that NEEDED the original song. I built the whole video around it. This one really put my editing skills to the test. As a kid I loved this song. I was a big comic book fan (still am) and when I heard this on the radio I always thought that “Rubberband Man” was some type of funky, kickass superhero. The Spinners were a great band.
Absolutely brilliant
Way to inspire – I’m going to try this out – it looks like a great training aid and great fun. Cheers
Cool! If you try it let me know how it goes. Post your thoughts here.
You sir are an inspiraitonal god!
I completed tough mudder 2012 in wisconsin in about 1:49 I train with tractor tire ruck sacks body weight exercises lots vaulting and parkour based exercises. Last tough mudder I was 6′ 1″ 225 11% body fat and this year I’ve dropped to 9% and im 236-240 I’m worried about my weight for fatigue over long distances any help?
You sound like you are in great shape! What type of distances are you talking about? Given your body description anything that is TM distance you shouldn’t have a problem with. Hell, I’ll go so far as saying anything DOUBLE the length of a Mudder you should be fine with. Body fatigue can be ignored for the most part if you have the proper mindset, believe me.
